This entry level role is the ideal way to gain valuable experience in the exciting travel and event planning sector. Our Liberty Group Movement Team are a highly inquired and successful team who provide a full group travel service to a wide variety of clients including weddings, family groups, corporate incentives and conferences.

The Groups Co-coordinator will be responsible for administration and logistics in our Group Movement Team. They will work closely with our sales team to ensure all aspects of group bookings are completed for each client. The Groups Co-coordinator will liaise with hotels and other suppliers to ensure all reservations are completed. They will process payments from group members, make payments to suppliers, prepare rooming lists, provide documentation to clients and handle any questions from group members throughout the booking process.

Skills required:

• Excellent administrative and organization skills
• Good written communication skills
• Computer skills - experience with Excel and Outlook
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team

 Desirable:

• Ability to use a global reservations system such as  Sabre
• Experience in co-ordination of group travel or events
