• Supporting your team leader with the vision and focus of your team
• Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
• Assisting and supporting your team leader in all aspects of the Liberty  Travel business environment; including:
• Customer service and satisfaction
• Implementation and adherence to the Liberty Travel daily, weekly and monthly systems
• Branch and team presentation
• Achievement of financial results and KPI's
